Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to credit packs for AutoDraft, sold by Absolute Industrial Solutions (formerly Absolute Engineering Solution), a sole proprietorship, GSTIN 27AOXPJ1005R1ZC, Gala No-25, Plot No-23, Sector-10, Swastik Industrial Complex, PCNTDA, Bhosari, Pune 411026, Maharashtra, India.

Unused credit packs

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment.

Problems with a drawing

If a download fails, or a sheet is clearly wrong because of a fault in AutoDraft, tell us within 7 days with the drawing number. We return the credits for that sheet to your account, or refund their value.

Used credits

Credits already used for downloads that worked are not refundable.

How to ask

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 70288 56374 with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
